Leslie Carroll

A NEW VOICE OF TODAY

Leslie Carroll

We have to thank Leslie Carroll's men for her wonderful sexy romantic comedies. A male friend for the suggestion to start writing romance novels. Her past dates, good and bad, for the fodder they've given her to come up with Miss Match. The men that were the inspiration for her wonderful heroes and her hot love scenes.

As an anglophile it's not unusual to find her visiting England, especially Bath, a special place to her, helped by her admiration for Jane Austen and her novels. However, the place that has formed her character and her writing is New York. The multi culti, hip and happening city is as important a part of her stories as any of her characters.

When not writing or researching her stories Leslie Carroll is an actress, who has played the leading ladies of Coward, Molière, Shakespeare, Wilde and many more.

Later this year we will see what her move to Avon will mean to her writing and us the readers. Until then find out more about her in her Virtual Tour of Miss Match/New York City and December 2002's New Voices of Today interview.
