Gloria Gay is a self-taught writer, with 2 books published and a third, "Cancelled Courtship" coming out in January. Born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Gloria had always had a passion for art and books. While working as a stringer in San Diego, she wrote (among other things) a bicentennial series on the history of the area of California, where she lived at the time. Her first published story in a national magazine was titled "Some Day, Again", written in True Romance magazine. She also has a poem that will be published in May or June in Writer's Journal, entitled 'Babi Yar". Also a renowned painter, Gloria designs and paints the artwork for the covers of all her books.
