2. PARK AVENUE at 86th STREET. This is where Kitty's sister Eleanor lives with her cosmetic surgeon husband Dan ("the king of liposuction") and their precocious two-year-old daughter Johanna. This area is the heart of the Upper East Side of Manhattan. I don't have any statistics, but this is probably the most affluent neighborhood in Manhattan. My real-life sister and her family live near this location, and while Eleanor and her family are entirely fictional creations, I have a number of friends who live in this neighborhood and I did find their lifestyle inspirational when it came to drawing my characters.
